First, a little about us, we’re a $2 Billion annual revenue company with double digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Entry-Level Marketing & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This unique role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, operational efficiency, and technology, with a specific focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining our internal processes, developing high-impact customer campaigns, and expanding our reach through strategic channel partnerships, particularly within the telecommunications (Telco) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for marketing, technology, and process optimization to make a significant impact and gain exposure to Product Marketing and Channel/Partner ecosystems. This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

The role is dynamic and encompasses the following core areas:

1. Operational Efficiency, Project Management & AI Automation

  • Workflow Documentation & Optimization: Systematically map, document, and maintain current business workflows across marketing, sales, and operations. Identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.

  • AI Opportunity Identification: Analyze documented workflows to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation or enhancement using AI and machine learning tools (e.g., generative AI for content, RPA for data entry).

  • Project Management: Take ownership of small to medium-sized cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing scope, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

2. Customer Upsell & Cross-Sell Campaign Development

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, create, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (including Email Marketing) focused on driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for both newly acquired and existing customers.

  • Creative Design Copywriting: Develop compelling, high-quality creative design copywriting and messaging for all campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product value propositions.

  • Customer Segmentation & Analysis: Work with the data team to analyze customer data, identify key behavioral segments, and tailor campaign messaging to maximize conversion rates and customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and demonstrating the financial impact of marketing activities.

3. Channel Marketing, Partner Enablement & Events

  • Telco Channel Marketing Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive channel marketing programs specifically targeting our Telco partners, with a focus on building strong Channel/Partner Experience.

  • Partner Enablement: Create and manage a library of marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to empower channel partners to effectively sell our products.

  • Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of both online and in-person events (e.g., webinars, trade shows, partner summits) to drive lead generation and partner engagement.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Proactively build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple internal teams (Sales, Product, IT) and external partners to ensure campaign success.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.

  • AI Interest: Demonstrated exposure to and strong interest in working with AI tools and technologies (e.g., coursework, personal projects, internships involving generative AI, data analysis, or process automation).

  • Communication & Copywriting: Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft persuasive marketing messages and technical documentation.

  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and a foundational understanding of managing marketing budgets and calculating ROI.

  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
