As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of our Product organization. Your mission will be to run, maintain, and continuously improve the operational engine for the Product team, ensuring our processes are efficient, our data is accurate, and our teams are aligned to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This involves gathering and consolidating data from various sources including Tableau, Looker Studio, Salesforce, Jira, and internal databases to provide a trusted source of truth.

  • Manage Product Roadmap Operations: Act as a key facilitator for the product roadmap process. You'll be responsible for updating roadmap presentations, validating that Jira initiatives are correctly documented, and ensuring data integrity between our roadmap tools and Jira, which serves as our source of truth.

  • Master & Optimize Processes: Meticulously map, analyze, and master core operational workflows. You will identify and document process order issues, track customer commitments and escalations, and proactively recommend opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Facilitate Key Product Meetings: Coordinate and support essential product team meetings, including Progress, Plans, & Problems (PPP) sessions, Design Reviews, and "What's In" presentations. Your role will involve preparing agendas, moderating discussions, capturing minutes and action items, and distributing materials to ensure all stakeholders are informed.

  • Ensure Data Integrity: Perform regular data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems to maintain a single source of truth for product performance, customer deals, and usage metrics.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Data Intelligence, or a similar data-intensive analyst role.

  • Strong Analytical & Data Skills: A highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex datasets, find the signal in the noise, and perform meticulous data validation.

  • Tool Proficiency:

    • Required: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (particularly navigation and reporting) and mastery of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).

    • Desired: Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, and familiarity with project management software like Jira.

  • Process-Oriented Mindset: A demonstrated ability to understand, document, and improve complex operational workflows to find and fix bottlenecks.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across technical and non-technical teams.
