We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on Finance recruiting to join our high-performing global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier finance professionals across a variety of disciplines including accounting, financial planning & analysis, audit, tax, and treasury.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of RingCentral’s finance organization by partnering with senior stakeholders, understanding business needs, and delivering high-impact hiring strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle for finance roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Proactively source, recruit, and develop a strong pipeline of top finance candidates, including accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), audit, tax, and treasury professionals.
Collaborate closely with Finance leaders and hiring managers to drive an efficient, effective recruiting process using best practices and customized strategies.
Participate as an integral member of the global recruiting team, contributing to the execution of recruiting programs designed to fill current openings and build a healthy talent pipeline.
Maintain accurate data reports and performance metrics to monitor recruitment progress and outcomes.
Employ creativity and strong networking skills to source passive finance candidates, particularly from competitors and relevant industries.
Partner and influence Finance leadership and Executives throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure alignment and hiring success.
Successfully meet all deadlines and deliver flawless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Recruiter or Senior Recruiter focusing on finance, accounting, or related corporate functions.
Proven success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from competitors or related industries.
Demonstrated creativity and strong networking capabilities in talent sourcing, specifically for finance roles.
Experience partnering with and influencing Finance leaders and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
Expert knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and effective interviewing methodologies for finance professionals.
Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday, and collaboration tools like Google Docs.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and execute flawlessly in a fast-moving environment.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $87,850 and $125,500 for contract employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
