This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sales Operations Business Analyst.
As a Sales Operations Business Analyst, you will provide data-driven and actionable insights for Sales Operations organization. You are expected to leverage data and effective communication to answer critical business questions and influence executive decisions that drive business results. Your role is also responsible to drive key initiatives that promote operational excellence and productivity of supported business units. You will assist with supporting the daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual operating cadence for the World Wide Field Sales Organization.
This role is perfect for you if you love working with and telling stories with data, building rapport with senior management, are highly organized, and have at least two (2) years of work experience supporting business operations.
Collaboration with business stakeholders. Identify business questions to answer, which can vary from daily operational challenges and areas for growth. Provide thought leadership to business unit leaders with effective data storytelling and recommendations feasible to implement.
Identify Data Gaps. Outline analytical solution based on proper business context, available data sets and systemic constraints.
Present Actionable Recommendations. Document and define Standard Operating Procedures, Collect data and insights for executive level presentations (quarterly reviews)
Tools Proficiency. Work with large datasets using appropriate data engineering tools (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx) and strong understanding on system design and relational databases. Manage reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance.
Design Effective Reporting and Dashboards. Establish regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote data driven approach in monitoring business operations.
Process Solving Skills. Perform deep dives and root-cause analyses on pressing business issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics using MS Excel in building usable reports
2+ years of experience having proficiency in Tableau & Salesforce CRM
Excellent oral and communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Management/Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, etc)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, and integrations).
Night Shift Schedule: Flexible and adaptable; open to night shifts or shifting schedules in a hybrid work-from-home setup. (e.g. 12am to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday)
Work set-up: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Consulting experience
Experience in data engineering techniques to clean and process data
Exposure to Sales Operations role having experience with Tableau and Salesforce, especially within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
Experience with SQL and Hadoop
