This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Partner Operations Analyst.
The Partner Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting sales segment leaders and representatives by providing process improvements, operational insights, and analytics that contribute to sales strategy and execution. Success in this role requires strong analytical and project management skills, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
Design, develop, and maintain performance. Design, develop, and maintain performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and key business metrics. This role will begin with crafting structured operational processes, building management reports and dashboards, monitoring daily sales operations, and assessing periodic performance.
Track and analyze daily and periodic sales operations performance. Success in this role requires strong analytical and project management skills, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.
Support partner sales initiatives. The analyst will also support partner sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, creating project plans, modeling databases, interpreting analyses, and driving implementation.
Project Management. Drive projects from concept through closure, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and issues. Projects will focus on improving operational efficiency, scaling processes, and maximizing sales opportunities. Draft and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related project documentation.
Process Analysis. Conduct process analysis, including problem definition, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships to prioritize and achieve objectives. Over time, the analyst will collaborate closely with leaders across multiple departments to enhance existing tools, develop new reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations on key operational decisions. Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple global offices.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
1+ years of experience in sales process analytics, business operations, reporting, or consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in Salesforce (navigation, reporting, and processes), database management, and developing structured reports/dashboards
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, and integrations).
Communication and Collaboration. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management. Proven ability to influence and drive change across teams, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
Project Management Skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, including process documentation and applying methodologies.
Night Shift and Shifting Schedule: Flexible and adaptable; open to night shifts or shifting schedules in a hybrid work-from-home setup.
Work set-up: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
