This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Vice President of Mid Market Sales.

The Vice President of Mid Market is a leadership role with responsibility for driving revenue growth across national teams and accounts by implementing effective sales strategy, programs, cross functional alignment, opening doors and directing high-growth accounts. This highly-successful individual will be dedicated to growing revenue through their individual, direct and indirect teams contribution.

This driven leader will work closely with multiple stakeholders on identifying and developing strong revenue opportunities, account development, managing strategic initiatives and onboarding new accounts. This individual plays a key role in driving the company’s revenue by serving as a catalyst for growth and new business acquisition, working both with direct clients as well as agencies.

This person must have a successful track record of influencing and managing complex Partnerships, and change across divisions and departments. The VP of Mid Market will serve as a thought leader in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for new logo acquisition and revenue growth across North America

  • Manage and maintain a high quality pipeline which is sufficient to cover the required revenue plan

  • Achieve & exceed quarterly and yearly revenue and profit targets.

  • Create a successful sales plan and develop operating efficiencies, key metrics, KPIs, and communication processes for the organization.

  • Routinely provide executive business updates on sales progress, hiring plans, rep productivity and pipeline data.

  • Hire, manage, mentor, and coach a world-class Mid Market sales team.

  • Foster a winning culture that promotes high-energy interactions, responsiveness, attentiveness, and high integrity.

  • Fully understand the RingCentral business and the market opportunities and market dynamics that govern it in order to identify growth opportunities within your customers.

  • Partner closely with marketing, customer success, BDR and all cross functional teams to provide and gather insights on customer requirements and to develop key messaging and market offers.

Skills & Experience:

  • You have a strong track record of delivering consistent results in both revenue and growth.

  • You have experience developing winning teams, solution based sales methodology and strong operational management discipline.

  • Experience and strong history of closing large, multi-product multi-year deals in new major accounts across the Americas within a high-growth software company.

  • You are a hunter at heart and you're hungry for results. You’re a sales executive who likes to get his/her hands dirty and can jump into deals when necessary.

  • A development-oriented leader and coach who can teach, transfer knowledge, and drive results from others.

  • You are passionate about building, cultivating, and ensuring the success of your team.

  • You’re an analytical problem solver. Your decisions are informed by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize sales strategies.

  • You’re inquisitive and innovative. You bring a “test and learn” mentality to the organization.

  • You promote a culture of deep curiosity and continuous learning.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently!

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $384,000 and $732,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
