We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior BI DB Developer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models within our Operational Data Store (ODS) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH), supporting our internal reporting infrastructure, and contributing to technical leadership tasks such as code reviews and effort estimation.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
You will work with a modern data stack, including:
Data warehouses: Oracle SE/EE, Snowflake
Cloud infrastructure: AWS (e.g., S3)
BI and analytics platforms: Tableau
Data catalog tools: OpenMetadata
Transformation framework: DBT
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL/ELT pipelines across ODS, DWH, and analytical platforms
Monitor and troubleshoot data platform incidents and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to gather requirements and design scalable data solutions
Maintain up-to-date and clear technical documentation
Skills and requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL
Strong expertise in Oracle and Snowflake databases
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT principles and best practices
Experience working with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Familiarity with data engineering practices and data pipeline design
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
