This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Strategic Partner Marketing Director to drive our broad scale ISV and Strategic Partner strategy and Go To Market initiatives. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the partner marketing team along with managing various partners and internal teams to develop and execute adoption & marketing strategies that maximize awareness of products across our partner customer and prospect base.
You'll lead a team focused on creating content alongside internal stakeholders to accelerate awareness of the RingCentral brand, RingCentral and/or OEM branded RingCentral product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Set the GTM strategy of partner marketing campaigns - on different milestones of the customer journey - brand awareness, acquisition, adoption, usage, and upsell.
Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app messaging, webinars, in-person events, SMS, paid/display, and other digital marketing channels with partners.
Oversee the development of compelling content alongside marketing showcase RingCentral and/or OEM branded RingCentral product suite.
Create segmentation and vertical strategies to target customers with personalized messaging.
Expert at project management by coordinating campaigns, analytics, and content alongside various internal stakeholders.
Develop data-driven campaigns to identify successful messaging, assets, and campaign insights.
Establish clear KPIs alongside Business Development for post partner events and mutual GTM action.
Maintain and communicate a calendar of partner content and expected deliverables.
Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales, Product Marketing, Channel Partners, and Partner Enablement to drive product adoption, awareness, and mutual customer engagement.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- 8+ years of ISV, Channel, and/or Strategic Partner Marketing.
Demonstrated track record of increasing user awareness and adoption.
Experience leading and developing GTM strategy alongside partners.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data in decision-making
Strong communicator who is comfortable working in a rapid paced environment
Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Desired Qualifications:
Background in SaaS or technology products with multiple pricing tiers
Proficiency with customer analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
Experience implementing account-based or customer marketing strategies at scale

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $145,000 and $205,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
