That’s where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Sales Enablement Specialist.

Job Duties:

  • Partner with Sales Enablement Managers to execute, track, and improve existing or new enablement programs or initiatives, including the sales onboarding program.

  • Manage the weekly & monthly logistics for the ongoing execution of the sales onboarding program. This includes new hire correspondence, booking travel, managing training session logistics, updating and populating rosters, communicating with sales leadership, handling time-sensitive details, and tracking metrics for the ongoing onboarding program.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure that new sales content and tools align with the corporate strategy, sales process and selling skills methodologies used at RingCentral

  • Create content, resources, tools, sales communications and training to create a consistent message and brand for the sales team and partner network

  • Help to coordinate and evaluate sales kick-offs and ongoing training events

  • Assist in maintaining the sales enablement content portal

  • Support projects across WorldWide Field Sales working with the Director of the department

  • Track employee motivation projects across team and identify areas of best practices to be summarized

  • Work with WWFS sales enablement leader to track on going pipeline driven by enablement activities

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years working in a sales enablement related role preferable in software sales or Enterprise sales

  • Attentive and strong in the details of tasks and spotting potential hiccups proactively

  • A track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving projects to a successful and timely completion

  • History in content development of sales enablement collateral

  • Enjoy working in a global team and across teams within the company

  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as training tools and/or content management tools - specifically SalesHood (desired)

  • Salesforce experience (desired)

  • Google Suite experience (desired)

  • Microsoft Outlook experience (desired)

  • Highspot experience (desired)
