Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of
overlay channel sales professionals focused on driving new business through our Global Service
Provider (GSP) partners. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding our footprint
across international markets by executing a strategic sales vision, enabling partner success, and
delivering revenue growth through our most influential service provider relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of overlay channel sales managers
aligned to strategic global service provider accounts.
● Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the global service provider sales strategy to meet
and exceed revenue goals, ensuring alignment with broader RingCentral channel objectives.
● Partner Engagement: Build and strengthen executive relationships with global service provider
partners to influence joint go-to-market plans, enablement, and sales acceleration programs.
● Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with partner marketing, operations, enablement, product,
and regional sales teams to support partner growth and drive customer adoption.
● Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and
reporting for all global service provider partner activity.
● Program Optimization: Provide input into partner programs and incentives to ensure
competitiveness, relevance, and scalability across regions.
● Performance Management: Monitor team and partner performance, and take proactive steps to
address gaps or accelerate success.
Qualifications
● 8+ years in channel sales or strategic alliance roles, with at least 3 years in a people leadership
capacity.
● Proven track record of success selling SaaS, cloud communications, or unified communications
solutions through service provider or channel ecosystems.
● Deep understanding of the global service provider landscape, especially Tier 1 and Tier 2
providers.
● Experience leading multi-regional or international partner engagements.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to navigate complex partner organizations and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
● Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong CRM/reporting skills (e.g., Salesforce).
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
