As part of the Customer KYC process, you will be responsible for managing the KYC process for both new and existing customers. Your duties will include following KYC documents collection and maintenance as per laid out process, and addressing any KYC-related queries from customers, while collaborating with internal teams like regulatory, Sales team.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Key Responsibilities:
  • KYC Documents Collection and Verification:
    • Collect and validate customer documents such as identity and address proof, along with other required supporting documentation as per process/valid document per line item outlined by the regulatory team.
    • Confirm that all customer data is accurate and updated within the system.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Engage with customers through phone, email, or in person to request and clarify missing or incomplete KYC documentation.
    • Guide customers through the KYC process and provide assistance as needed.
    • Address and resolve customer queries related to the KYC process in a timely manner.
  • Documentation & Record Maintenance:
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of KYC information into the company’s records and workflow systems.
    • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and KYC submissions.
    • Safeguard documentation and maintain the confidentiality of customer data.
  • Reporting & Auditing:
    • Generate regular reports regarding KYC verification progress and customer onboarding status.
    • Support audits related to KYC processes and compliance
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer-focused/customer experience roles.
  • 5+ years of PMO experience.
  • Well versed in Google spreadsheet and MS office suits.
  • Good command over English language both written and verbal.
  • 5+ years of experience in stakeholder/client management
  • Experience in data collection, reporting, and risk management.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding team-oriented and fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference.
