This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Stock Analyst

We are currently looking for the Stock Analyst to support us, RingCentral. We are looking for a proactive individual with some stock administration experience to join our team and learn and help manage Stock Administration at RingCentral. In this role, you will be trained in our global equity programs and will partner closely with the Manager and Director of Stock Administration.

  • Stock Administration.

    • Assisting in administrating RingCentral’s equity programs

    • Maintains employee stock database

    • Answers employee inquiries and resolves equity program issues

    • Acts as a liaison between employees and brokers

    • Processes stock transactions for global workforce

    • Coordinates stock transactions and employee data with Payroll, HR, Legal and Tax departments

    • Liaise with transfer agent as necessary to maintain updated reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions and other transfer agent activities

  • Reporting.

    • Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for Finance.

    • Running and delivering reports for internal partners.

  • Due Diligence. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 1-2 years of stock administration experience.

  • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs

  • Knowledge of stock administration such as taxation, plan administration, accounting and legal is required

  • CEP Level 1 or more is preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree. BA/BS or equivalent work experience

  • Equity Edge Experience. Must be proficient with using Equity Edge.

  • MS Suite Wiz. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other apps in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Soft Skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication; analytical; organizational; interpersonal; and customer service skills.

  • Self Starter.

    • Able to work independently, under pressure and with various levels of management; be a team player, a fast learner, self-motivated, reliable, and well organized; meet deadlines.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams.

    • Independent and strategic thinker with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

  • US Finance Experience. Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and general knowledge of global taxation.

  • Night Shift. Availability to work within the hours of 7am PST to 7pm PST.
