This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A Human Resources Generalist. This is a critical role for our EMEA HR team in serving as a key member as we create an exceptional and highly supportive workplace. This role is in our London office location with a 4 day a week in office requirement.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Establish self as a first point of contact for employees and managers who contact HR Shared Services with general inquiries around a breadth of HR related areas
Partner Closely with HRBPs to support leaders and employees on inquiries and escalations where required, and other key areas of HR outside of Shared Services, where applicable
Develop effective working relationships with management and employees in order to influence and mentor them on effective employment practices
Utilise continuous employment practices to ensure consistency, quality, and high-level service levels while identifying ways for improvement in the delivery of HR Services.
Provide and advise employees and managers with information about HR policies, procedures, and protocols
Communicate to data teams HR transactions to be completed in the HRIS system such as new hire/termination information, personal data, compensation, benefits, and tax data; personnel action changes
Lead compliance and data integrity in partnership with data team
Coordinate and induct new hires including leading new hire paperwork and orientation program delivery
Provide high quality customer service in alignment with the culture and core values for managers and employees including collaborating with other departments to provide overall timely resolutions to inquiries or issues
Facilitate and support our annual salary review processes from a people operations perspective.
Provide monthly and ad hoc reports when requested on attrition, diversity and inclusion, compliance completion, etc.
Ensure compliance on required employment eligibility documents
Complete verification of employment and completion letters
Provide consultation to managers on performance management process
Complete employee relations letters from templates
Health/life insurance registration facilitation
Assist drafting Offer Letters and Employment Contracts for UK, Germany, and France as needed
Facilitate and promote global and local Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and Diversity and Inclusion groups.
Follow up on compliance training and onboarding tasks to assist in completion for assigned groups or locations.
Support quarterly audits
Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Prefer BA in HR, Communication or related fields; or equivalent knowledge acquired through a combination of education, training and experience
3-5 years HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity, and
Service Call Center or Customer Service experience; or an equivalent experience required
Experience processing transactions in a case management and HRIS system
Bilingual German and/or French
Experience with Workday HRIS system
HR Certification preferred
