This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Senior Analyst, Sales & Marketing Strategy and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our Sales and Marketing teams. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to distill insights from complex data sets, and a passion for optimizing business performance.

Reporting to the AVP of Sales Operations, the ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and operational excellence.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Strategic Analysis and Planning:

  • Conduct detailed market, competitive, and performance analyses to inform Sales and Marketing strategies.

  • Support annual planning processes, including forecasting, quota setting, and territory design.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs) for Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Ensure data integrity across systems and drive continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to align goals and streamline operations.

  • Provide analytical support for go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and campaign performance reviews.

Advanced Analytics and Insights:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within customer and market data.

  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis to optimize targeting and resource allocation.

  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, or operations role within Sales, Marketing, or a related function.

  • Proven expertise in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes and their impact on revenue generation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus.

If you are hired in Colorado or California, the compensation range for this position is between $93,500 and $143,650 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
