Sr. System Adminstrator, Xactly platform:
This role will own the management of our Xactly platform to ensure successful operation of the incentive compensation platform to support the business needs. You will develop, maintain, and be the point of contact for all Xactly operation processes. Run and ensure successful system calculations. You will also manage ad hoc tasks and projects, including updates to the system for quarterly, semi annual and annual plan changes. This role will be based at our Belmont, CA headquarters.
What you’ll do:
- Configure and maintain the Xactly platform, including plans, rules and calculations to meet the needs of the organization.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors identified from the primary stakeholders.
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot the Xactly reporting module.
- Works effectively with cross functional teams to maintain optimal function of the Xactly platform. Partner with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements for changes and enhancements.
- Manage permissions, access, system operations, and settings for Xactly users.
- Maintain documentation and resources to assist users in utilizing the system effectively.
- Evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage projects to enhance system functionality for quarterly, semi annual and annual incentive compensation plan changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a system administrator, specifically with the Xactly platform.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Prior experience with CRM and HRIS system integration is a plus.

In Belmont, CA, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000 and $155,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
