This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Benefits Specialist (US)

RingCentral’s Benefits Team You’ll be providing support to our U.S. Benefits team as the main point of contact for all U.S. inquiries, annual open enrollment, leaves and accommodations.

  • Administer Benefit Programs. Administer U.S. benefit programs including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, disability, life and flexible spending. New Hire Benefits Orientation. Coordinate and communicate events and initiatives

  • Assist on Insurance Invoice Payments. Oversee monthly billing and reconciliation of insurance invoice payments

  • Assist on Enrollment Activities. Assist with annual Open Enrollment activities including reviewing communications and enrollment system testing

  • Collaboration and Communication.

    • Partner with third party administrators to investigate discrepancies, claim issues, and provide information in non-routine situations.

    • Partner with payroll department and/or employees to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis.

    • Respond to benefit related questions

  • Review and Approve in Workday. Review and approve benefit elections in Workday

  • Reports Generation. Generate reports for stakeholder

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 1+ year of experience in Benefits administration or Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related discipline

  • Preferred knowledge on ACA, HIPAA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and COBRA regulations

  • Workday experience preferred



Desired Qualifications:

  • Writing and Editing Skills. Excellent writing and editing skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Excel Proficiency Skills. Mid-to advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables preferred

  • Customer Service and Collaboration Skills. A passion for customer service with strong interpersonal skills. Enjoyment of building relationships, teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Customer Service Skills. Process Oriented. Streamline processes and assist with other tasks as necessary. Detail oriented, self-directed, engaging, organized, creative and reliable

  • Night Shift. Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday. Full-time (40 hours a week, U.S. time zone shift preferred)

  • Hybrid work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

  • Can start immediately
