This is where you and your skills come in. As a Product Designer, you will be involved in our design processes and the creation of innovative new features that will take our product to the next level. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and engineers.


To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
● Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
● Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups
● Closely collaborate with product teams to ensure that designs meet all stakeholder needs.
● Closely collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible to build.
● Elaborate design specs with written acceptance criteria (in Jira)
● Follow the development process to ensure designs are built to spec by performing design
review sessions and working closely with QA engineers
● Design projects for both long and short-term vision of product
● Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency with user experience and patterns
across product offerings
● Work with cross functional UX teams, such as Research, Content Design and Design systems
● Excellent communication & presentation skills
● In-depth knowledge about all things UX and UX processes
Desired Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a Computer Science, Interaction
Design, and/or Visual Communication Design discipline (Masters’ degree or equivalent work.


Experience preferred
● Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital product development such as desktop or mobile apps and/or digital ecosystems.
● Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec.
● Experience creating, maintaining, and using a design system
● Experience designing in Figma.
● Availability to work early mornings/evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones.
● A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large-scale projects

Exceptional candidates will have:
● Experience designing SaaS products for a B2B company
● Experience working on global and remote teams
