This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Manager Product Marketing, Customer Experience. You are an experienced individual who can help us on our transformative journey helping companies provide effortless customer service. The ideal candidate has marketing experience and/or influencing across GTM domains (e.g., Product, Marketing, Field Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Events, PR, & Campaigns). You also have a leadership mentality but are still good about ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and working cross-functionally to get things done.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing - Customer Experience, this role is visible and cross-functional oriented, requiring regular communications with RingCentral’s global teams.
Job Duties:
Work closely with teams and peers to develop, operationalize, and execute marketing activities related to RingCX solutions.
Working with other Product Marketers & Product Managers — develop messaging, positioning, and target audience definition for RingCX.
Combine your core strategy toolkit (framing/structure, hypothesis-driven approach, data-driven insight, storytelling, best practices, etc.) with business judgment to support the overall RingCX GTM initiative.
Build and execute new product launches end-to-end.
Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs with the campaigns team, and own pipegeneration results.
Support cross-functional efforts including long-range planning and matrixed regional marketing programs.
Support strategic updates and presentations for key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
3+ years experience in Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, or Product Management.
Strong business skills and knowledge.
Must have an understanding of typical B2B technology business models and GTM initiatives across multiple disciplines including Product, Field Sales, Indirect Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales Customer Success / Professional Services.
Articulate and skilled at storytelling in a simple straightforward way.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail, pattern recognition, insight generation, and ability to process information quickly to deliver against tight deadlines.
Willingness to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization.
Determination to focus on outcomes and be self-motivated and directed.
A customer-first mentality.
BA/BS or equivalent.
Nice to haves:
Familiarity with customer service platforms or similar telecommunications experience.
Experience with ABM and integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in SaaS
Familiarity with Conversational and Generative AI technologies

If you are hired in Belmont, CA the compensation range for this position is between for $100,800 - $187,200 full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
