This is where you and your skills come in. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Global Strategic Partner (GSP) Commercial Senior Manager to thrive in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. Part of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationships with the RingCentral partners across the UK, EU and beyond.
This role offers you the opportunity to lead and shape RingCentral's global expansion by driving the success of both new and existing partnerships. You will play a key role in these relationships, becoming the go-to expert on their commercial and contractual frameworks, and guiding their long-term growth. As the primary point of contact for contracts between RingCentral and its partners, you will drive pricing initiatives and take the lead in developing both partner and global strategies for future success.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Relationship Management:
Own the commercial relationship with some of our key strategic partners, including managing all commercial activities and lead on maintaining and updating the contract with these partners as the relationship evolves
Develop business cases and proposals for global partner expansion, securing buy-in from internal and partner leadership.

Strategic Partnership Development:
Lead the commercial strategy for global expansion with new and existing partners, shaping long-term objectives.
Understand the unique business models, processes, and governance structures of GSPs, ensuring alignment with RingCentral’s objectives.
Build strong internal networks within GSP organizations, driving joint initiatives, strategic reviews, and collaborative governance across senior management teams.

Commercial Strategy:
Own the development of comprehensive business cases to support the expansion of existing partnerships and the establishment of new ones.
Analyze financial and operational data to monitor performance, create commercial models that maximize mutual benefit.
Contribute to the development of annual operations planning

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about key competitor strategies in the UCaaS market and other related markets, leveraging insights to inform partnership strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and areas where partnership initiatives can differentiate RingCentral’s services.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and reporting units, to ensure commercial alignment, forecasting and billing accuracy.
Project manage initiatives across both RingCentral and partner organizations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Stakeholder Management & Governance:
Develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, from C-level executives to operational teams, ensuring alignment at all levels.
Facilitate joint business reviews and manage governance structures to ensure strategic goals are met and regularly updated.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience:
5-7 years in commercial management roles, ideally within the telecom, cloud services (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS), or VoIP sectors.
Proven experience in project management and contract negotiation, with the ability to navigate complex partnership agreements.
Demonstrated success in influencing C-level executives and building business strategies.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from financial and operational data.
High proficiency in contract management and commercial modeling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels and present complex ideas effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and adapting quickly to changing environments.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
