This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an Application Development Manager/Team Lead. This role will lead the application development team develop scalable revenue-generating digital programs and will work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to define business opportunities and then drive end-to-end digital solutions. A deep expert in web, UX/UI, testing and optimization, and analytics that will help us bring our customer engagement to the next level.
Successful candidates will have an established track record of leading engineering teams and executing large projects for global B2B technology companies. Proven experience managing web technology and analytics stack, solid communication skills including interfacing with Customer Success leadership, be driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.
Job Duties:
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of managing a web application, including analytics, UX, domain management, platform tools and budgeting.
- Experience successfully building and maintaining design systems at scale.
- Experience building, growing, and leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, content producers and project managers.
- Strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences.
- Collaborative leader with experience and capability to manage, motivate and develop a staff and attract and retain outstanding talent.
- Smart and sound judgment to lead through changing and ambiguous environments.
- Able to rapidly assess situations, absorbing & applying new information for decision-making and direction setting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) on leading engineering teams and building data-based solutions, covering AI and ML learning modules.
- Have 5+ years hands on experience building enterprise software products, especially those that use distributed system architectures
- Have experience building products, and have successfully taken significant enhancements and features from inception to production
- Are a strong proponent of Agile software methodologies, such as Scrum, and engineering principles
- Tech stack:
- React/React Native
- Kubernetes/Docker
- Airflow
- Python
- SQL
- Cloud Platform (Azure/AWS)
- CI/CD pipeline definition and management
- Demonstrated ability to focus daily decisions within the larger product portfolio goals
- Strong Knowledge of data extraction transformation (ETL, ELT)
- Experience in Big Data Components/ Frameworks (Hadoop, Impala, Hive)

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $157,500 and $225,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
