Job Description:
● Workday Associate who has expertise in Workday HCM Management Optimisation in
two or more functional modules with hands on configuration expertise
● Experience with Workday Studio Development, Core Connectors, Web Services and
Custom APIs, Custom Reports and fields, Migration process, complex studio integrations
and ably support on other downstream systems.
● Focusing development of individuals to meet future business needs Ability to multi task
effectively Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
● Lead and participate in system testing activities such as data validation regression
testing and end user acceptance testing
● Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or
enhancements to improve system efficiency
● Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are
delivered successfully
● Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements process flows
system configuration and test plans Workday Consultants need skills in Communication
Time Management Organization Problem Solving and Technology
● Self motivated highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently
while demonstrating a sense of urgency
● Ability to exercise confidentiality tact and independent judgment in the performance of
duties Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology business
processes and systems implications.
● Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance and follow risk management and
compliance procedures to keep up-to-date with technical developments for business
area.
● Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across
the firm.
Required Skill:
● In-depth knowledge of Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services
Preferred Skill:
● Experience with Workday Extend development, including Core Connector, Cloud
Connector, EIB.
