This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer who will be based in Xiamen R&D center.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the quality of the products under test, working closely with developers and project teams to deliver RingCentral products.
Come up with test plans and test strategy, execute and evaluate for manual and automated test cases.
Design, develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks for various platforms (web, mobile).
Monitor and report on the quality metrics of the product, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collect, analyze and present test result.
Report the discovered issues to development team and follow up on the closure.
Explore and implement new tools, techniques, and processes to improve testing efficiency and quality, achieving technological breakthroughs.

Requirements:

Must Have:

1.Experience and Knowledge:

3~10 years of experience in QA, preferably within agile team environments.
Knowledge of testing web, mobile and desktop applications.
Proven track record of ensuring good product quality through your contribution in testing.

2.Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python).
Experience with test automation runners and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Puppeteer, Appium, TestNG, JUnit).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of database usage (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and common network technology.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design pattern

3.Skills and Abilities:

Great sense of ownership and accountability with a customer-centric and quality-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with developers, project teams and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of basic software testing principles and methodologies.
Ability to optimize QA processes and improve team efficiency and product quality.
