The Product Management team is looking for an experienced Product Analyst. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy and influence millions of business user's communication and collaboration experience. As we expand our capabilities within key product areas like RingCX, our AI-first Contact Center and RingCentral Events, this role will be instrumental in supporting data-driven analyses to optimize usage and product adoption.
Responsibilities:
Build a deep understanding of our existing business using internal and external data
Inform business and product strategy by defining and instrumenting core metrics for product initiatives
Partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to implement data initiatives that positively impact user experience and improve product adoption
Explore, analyze, and own reporting of user engagement metrics, product feature use and performance data
Outline data-driven opportunities, and frame actionable insights & product recommendations
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization through presentations, reports, and dashboards
Desired qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E. or Master's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any equivalent field
Experience analyzing usage data for SaaS products with background preferably in contact center operations and AI is desirable
Minimum of 3-8 years of overall industry experience in data analytics domain highly preferred, with hands on knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and python scripting
Knowledge about Hadoop ecosystem and its components with hands on experience in automating scripts required
Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau and/or event tracking tools like Mixpanel/Amplitude
Excellent communication skills. Able to tell complicated technical content and analytical insights in simple way to multiple audiences including executives
