This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Regional Vice President of Sales, US Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Win and Manage new Tier1/Tier2/Tier3 service providers in US

  • Establish a strategic business plans with RingCentral and partner execs and leaders· Negotiate give/gets on relationship expansion and in support of new initiatives.

  • Define relevant sales programs that drive customer selection of RingCentral and partner solution.

  • Manage Sell-through at the account and expand into all sales organizations

  • Define go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of go-to-market partners.

  • Coordinate and ensure joint marketing messaging and objectives for awareness and preference campaigns that produce leads and referrals.

  • Develop and nurture cross company relationships and mutual goal setting.

  • Manage executive communication, positioning and relationships.

  • Lead a cadence of communication that includes meaningful engagement for all aspects of the business to include joint quarterly business reviews, newsworthy events and escalations.

  • Strong motivator for team to further RingCentral business

  • Own effective communication – scorecards, dashboards, highlights, events, updates, etc. that effectively drives your agenda to stakeholders and influencers.

  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion

Experience:

  • Minimum 15+ years’ experience in working with US Tier1/Tier2/Tier3 Service Providers

  • Experience selling UCaaS; CCaaS; video to service providers as a wholesale offering

  • Stellar record on over-exceeding compensation targets

  • Solutions selling and/or marketing experience a BIG plus

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting and simple Excel data modeling in support of your programs, campaigns and in justifying resourcing

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and then develop joint solutions with partners that results in great collateral

  • Ability to build thoughtful “why” and “how” presentations that convey your plans

  • Ability to build cross-functional consensus; lead by example in driving partnership initiatives

  • Ability to work effectively across organizations that adds to best practices and approaches in supporting partnership and company activities

  • High EQ and ability to positively influence others

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $252,000 and $468,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
