  • Coach and mentor more junior content designers to help them grow in their careers and serve as a subject matter expert to the broader UX team

  • Contribute to our culture of constructive design critique, enabling team members to realize their potential

Desired Qualifications:

You have a passion for building products that are easy to learn and intuitive to use, and your background looks something like this:

  • You can demonstrate a history of outstanding writing and editing skills and developing end-to-end content experiences.

  • You have a deep understanding of human-centered design practices and a point of view about the role of content in the design process.

  • You can work independently on multiple projects with different flavors, from explorative initiatives to clearly defined projects that move fast.

  • You have experience developing and communicating strategic content decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • You have the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across practice areas, particularly those with approaches and perspectives different from your own, to craft effective solutions.

  • You know how to leverage data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to facilitate content decisions and deployment.

  • You’re leading by example and enjoy mentoring and coaching more junior team members to help them grow both professionally and as a person

  • You’re willing to travel as needed.

  • You’re a critical thinker with a can-do attitude, for whom no task is too small.
