This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

A highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team and oversee the management of our core collaboration and productivity tools. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting essential tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Okta, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence. Your primary focus will be to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of these tools and infrastructure, while also providing technical support and guidance to internal users. Additionally, you will be involved in some level of project management to implement initiatives as needed by the business.


Job Duties:

  • Administer and maintain Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other associated services.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across Office 365 and other integrated platforms.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing issues with Office 365, IAM (Okta/Saviynt), Jira, and Confluence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize workflows between Jira, Confluence, and other systems.

  • Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet the needs of various departments.

  • Manage documentation and knowledge base systems using Confluence, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility of information.

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Okta for identity and access management, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the security and performance of all platforms.

  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to Office 365, Okta, Jira, and Confluence usage.

  • Participate in the on-call rotation for systems monitoring and incident management.

  • Providing reports to senior management regarding appropriate trends and usage data.


To succeed in this role you must have experience in:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a focus on managing Office 365, Okta, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.

  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of maintaining various flavors of Linux/Windows servers and their services.

    • Linux distributions: Amazon, Rocky, Oracle, Ubuntu

    • Microsoft: Windows Server (2019 and 2022)

Desired Qualifications:

  • FedRAMP (Must be a US Citizen)Atlassian, Microsoft, AWS, GCP, or Azure Certifications.

  • Working knowledge of Dell PowerEdge, FX2, or VRTX systems.

  • Working knowledge of automation concepts and puppet/chef/automation scripts in particular.

  • Experience with system integrations (REST API, Webhooks, etc.).

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence automation (including, but not limited to Groovy scripts).

  • Project management skills delivering solutions end-to-end.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $72,000 and $179,400 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
