We’re currently looking for:
HRIS Data Analyst who will provide operational support. We are currently using HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Talent Management.
HR Reports: Build, update and maintain business processes, conditional rules, reporting and dashboards to drive manager, employee, and HRBP self-service. Collect, store, organize, and reconcile current and past data from different HR systems used as the company grew/grows. Consistently reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting.
HR Report Enhancements: Identify and champion HR Systems enhancement opportunities that create capacity, reduce risks, enable automation, increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Data Hygiene: Ensure data integrity and quality assurance of all data through process improvement, audits, exception reporting, and alerts.
Process Documentation and Training: Manage delivery and creation of internal documentation (e.g. wiki, process doc, etc.) to capture system processes and procedures; Create, continuously update, and assist with delivery of training, user guides, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and other support materials.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work with business stakeholders across the world to align global HR data integration and analysis efforts and inform long-term roadmap planning.
Process Improvement: Understand of the existing HR Technology used by the team to communicate effectively with IT/Infrastructure engineers regarding technical fixes and enhancements to the HR Systems and processes. Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities. Recommends process improvements and innovative solutions. Provides advice and options on the best way to automate processes in the system.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
A graduate of a Bachelor or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related course.
Intermediate skills in systems analysis and data flow design
Intermediate data wrangling skills using one of the following languages: Python, SQL, or R
Intermediate skills in data visualization using MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
Working knowledge of Tableau Desktop
Familiarity with HR Analytics metrics
Desired Qualifications:
Systems Analyst experience or IT Business Analyst
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with HR related data and information systems
