This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Social Media and Content Specialist to support us, RingCentral:


  • Social Media Management: Manage company social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and create engaging content to drive audience growth and increase brand awareness.

  • Content Copywriting: Lead the production of website blogs and create a highly engaging caption and content for social media to attract, engage, and ultimately drive traffic and convert the target audience to applications. Additionally, as the content copywriter, you will be involved in creating persuasive marketing campaign copies for paid advertising on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. You will effectively communicate key messages and employer brand propositions to drive talent acquisition and employee retention through various online platforms.

  • Content Calendar: Oversee the development and scheduling of postings to the content calendar. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into overarching campaigns.

  • Content Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of the content strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's messaging. Collaborate with the employee engagement and total rewards teams to produce engaging and effective content that is aligned with our employer branding objective. You will work closely with the creative team to produce visual assets that enhance the overall impact of the content and share them across various online channels.

  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all content meets brand standards,and resonates with the target audience.

  • Monitoring Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track effectiveness, measure the impact, identify trends, and optimize content strategy based on data-driven insights. This includes continuously monitoring trends and competitor insights and also monitoring engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates to continuously improve content performance.

  • Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on channel performance and content performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.

  • Operational Support: Support the team in writing copies for sourcing campaign materials, like emails, social media content, and creative collateral, to ensure effective communication.

  • Project Management: Coordinate the work estimates and negotiate turnaround time within the team and provide status updates, raise issues encountered, and adjust timelines as appropriate.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing.

  • 1 to 2 years hands-on experience in social media marketing, managing social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media trends and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Hands-on experience in WordPress is an advantage but not required.

  • Excellent understanding of Facebook Meta or Creator Studio.

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, slides, Google Sheets)

  • Experience in project management and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.

  • Able to write creatively and on demand in various formats such as blog posts, social media captions, and email.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any business-related courses

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

  • Willing to work on extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines

  • Willing to work in a hybrid work setup (combination of work-from-home and in-office work)
