Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Speech/NLP who is passionate about exploring and utilizing the latest developments in Conversational AI space. As a ML engineer, you will have the opportunity to build a high-quality production training pipeline and inference systems that impact our core business. All of our ML Engineers contribute to the full lifecycle of model development right from data preparation, model training to model serving and monitoring.


  • Utilize latest deep learning models to develop and improve our Conversational AI Platform

  • Develop and deploy NLP/Speech related models in production environment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems

  • Evaluate and optimize model performance through experimentation and analysis

  • Develop low latency inference pipelines by doing model optimisations

  • Develop data labeling and augmentation techniques to improve model performance

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of Large Language models and share your knowledge with the team.


  • 3-5 years of experience in NLP/Speech recognition

  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, transformers

  • Experience in developing and deploying NLP/Speech models in production environment

  • Solid understanding of transformer architecture

  • Solid understanding of various model optimisation techniques like Quantization, TensorRT optimisations, ONNX etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in working on Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering

  • Prior experience or interest in solving Speech related problems like ASR, Speaker Diarization,VAD etc.
