This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an SDR Manager to lead a team of SDRs in RingCentral’s Denver office. We are on a mission to raise the global standard for SDR excellence, and are looking for someone who can help our SDR team continue to power RingCentral’s growth. Job Duties:

  • Lead a team of SDRs to grow personally and over-perform against their quotas

  • Track all relevant rep performance data, gain insights, and present to leadership

  • Maintain strong relationships and tight feedback cycles with marketing and sales stakeholders

  • Ensure quality of SDR work and lead passes

  • Coach team to continuously improve

  • Manage day to day activities of SDR team

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Maintain team quota achievement and help sell to get to goal when needed.

  • Monitor monthly/quarterly sales and activity performance goals of the individual reps and the team.

  • Build, lead, help grow the Sales Development Representatives from a performance standpoint as well as make sure processes and procedures are in place.

  • Hire, train, motivate and coach Account Executives to hit individual quota metrics.

  • Drive external interviews and internal movement.

  • Consistently manage the system reporting to confirm Salesforce use and metrics are measured correctly to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators.

  • Lead and hold consistent team meetings and outings.

  • Work in a cross functional environment with channel counterparts, to establish relationships, processes and resources to better help the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a quota carrying position

  • Previous experience managing a sales team in the SaaS environment is preferred

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting quota or exceeding quota individually and as a leader.

  • Strong understanding of sales process and the sales cycle from start to finish.

  • Competitive mentality, approachable personality with the natural ability to coach and lead a team.

  • SaaS experience a must

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $130,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
