This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:
Senior Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support Deals Desk and pricing initiatives through developing analysis, insights, and reporting. The analyst will utilize statistical methods and tools to maintain the Target Price algorithm and support analysis to identify opportunities improve performance through pricing actions. The analyst will support the regular cadence of analysis, insights, and reporting to drive actions with Sales to improve average revenue per user (ARPU); and support decisions through the Pricing Council.
This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate databases, and experience developing standardized reporting and dashboards.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Define, review and update Target Price algorithm(s) for all products, segments, channels, sales motions, etc.
Support the organization by running pricing analytics and providing inputs on products (packages, tiers and bundles) and list prices, promotions ROI, margins, etc.
Design and run pilot(s) to test defined Target Price & List Price recommendations and associated processes – own the methodology for measuring pilot(s) impact
Develop dashboards to track pricing performance
Standardize, aggregate, synthesize, and share pricing performance
Prepare regular cadence or pricing insights (ARPU, discretion, discount) to drive improvements in business performance
Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics
Essentials:
At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics & insights
Has confirmed experience on Microsoft Excel and Tableau
Has confirmed experience using Salesforce, developing reports and dashboards
Ability to work on large databases and synthesize them into useful reports and dashboards
Can collaborate with cross-functional teams such as analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and operations
Has experience with statistical methods & analysis (e.g. regression analysis and modeling)
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to motivate change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to capture, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
Ability to optimally prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items
Amenable to work on night shift

Experience using Alteryx
