OUR TEAM:

At Rightway, we're on a mission to revolutionize healthcare and empower individuals to take charge of their well-being. We're a team of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds committed to making a difference. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be your authentic self, grow both personally and professionally, and make a positive impact on people's lives. Let's work together to build a healthier, happier world.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rightway is in high growth mode, and so is our marketing team. This is an opportunity to become one of the foundational team members who will help shape and define Rightway’s marketing and member engagement strategy on our mission to put care back into healthcare!

As the Senior Manager of Member Marketing, you will report to the Director of Member Marketing and own user engagement and retention for our core pharmacy product. You will be essential in unlocking the key to utilizing our clinical pharmacy experience to tackle care gaps and reduce prescription expenses. You'll identify segmentation opportunities and use insights to navigate complex B2B2C client relationships, driving growth in a rapidly expanding section of Rightway and the pharmacy market at large.

To succeed in this role, you'll need specific core competencies, such as a deep understanding of how to develop and launch engaging campaigns, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in applying data analytics to inform strategic decision-making. You should also have excellent communication abilities and be skilled at building trust-based relationships both internally and with clients. A successful candidate must be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with others to overcome any obstacles that arise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the development and execution of member activation and retention strategies for Rightway’s PBM service.
  • Act as the day-to-day SME for large clients and our internal account management team to ensure our client's member communication needs are supported.
  • Develop creative ways to scale and evolve Rightway’s engagement strategy for its pharmacy benefits product as it grows.
  • Own the content strategy and copywriting of newly developed assets, and work cross-functionally with the internal design team to create them.
  • Stay up to date on our industry landscape, including emerging technologies, best practices, and optimization strategies.
  • Develop bespoke engagement campaigns that resonate with distinct client populations and drive activations.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, data science, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Track and document the success of Rightway’s main KPIs and client campaigns.
  • Create marketing best practices based on winning campaigns to share with the account management and sales teams.
  • Act as the marketing SME in client-facing meetings to present your annual engagement strategy and plan.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 7+ years of consumer marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of B2B2C activation and retention marketing, how to help drive behavior change, and how to build and engage a growing user base over time.
  • Excited by the opportunity to be a part of a small but skilled team setting out to change healthcare so that it works for members rather than members struggling to navigate the healthcare system.
  • Strong copywriting skills, including consumer-facing marketing collateral. A talented creator who can bring their marketing campaign ideas to life with little help from other resources.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset – continuously learning, iterating, and improving; you are energized by experimenting fast and changing paths if necessary.
  • Excited about creating hypothesis-driven A/B and MVT tests, skilled at analyzing test results data to extract valuable insights and knowledge that guides future testing endeavors.
  • Ability to define key KPIs and distill them into actionable campaigns and strategies to improve performance.
  • Have a passion for thinking outside the box and are energized by finding new ways to overcome obstacles.
  • Excellent at balancing priorities and adjusting time management on multiple projects.
  • An analytical mindset and a natural curiosity to delve into marketing data and understand who our members are and the best way to engage them.
  • Ability to be a strong cross-functional partner with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using engagement platforms similar to Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io.

EXTRA CREDIT:

  • PBM industry experience or previous knowledge.
  • Have worked in a B2B2C setting before.
  • Start-up experience.

BASE SALARY RANGE: $125-$145K

HOW WE LIVE OUR VALUES TO OUR TEAMMATES:

We’re seeking those with passion for healthcare and relentless devotion to our goal. We need team members that embody our following core values:

1) We are human, first
Our humanity binds us together. We bring the same empathetic approach to every individual we engage with, whether it be our members, our clients, or each other. We are all worthy of respect and understanding and we engage in our interactions with care and intention. We honor our stories. We listen to—and hear—each other, we celebrate our differences and similarities, we are present for each other, and we strive for mutual understanding.

2) We redefine what is possible
We always look beyond the obstacles in front of us to imagine new solutions. We approach our work with inspiration from other industries, other leaders, and other challenges. We use ingenuity and resourcefulness when faced with tough problems.

3) We debate then commit
We believe that a spirit of open discourse is part of a healthy culture. We understand and appreciate different perspectives and we challenge our assumptions. When working toward a decision or a new solution, we actively listen to one another, approach it with a “yes, and” mentality, and assume positive intent. Once a decision is made, we align and champion it as one team.

4) We cultivate grit
Changing healthcare doesn’t happen overnight. We reflect and learn from challenges and approach the future with a determination to strive for better. In the face of daunting situations, we value persistence. We embrace failure as a stepping stone to future success. On this journey, we seek to act with guts, resilience, initiative, and tenacity.

5) We seek to delight
Healthcare is complicated and personal. We work tirelessly to meet the goals of our clients while also delivering the best experience to our members. We recognize that no matter the role or team, we each play a crucial part in our members’ care and take that responsibility seriously. When faced with an obstacle, we are kind, respectful, and solution-oriented in our approach. We hold ourselves accountable to our clients and our members’ success.

Rightway is a healthcare company looking to improve healthcare outcomes for everyone, everywhere. With that in mind, we have to consider what is good for the health of our team, the company, and the communities we operate in. As such, Rightway has determined a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees, in combination with other safety precautions, is the best way forward.
