ABOUT THE ROLE:

Rightway is a care navigation and pharmacy benefits platform that is changing the way healthcare is delivered for over one million members. Every day, we are driving exceptional results for our clients as we continue to go further and further upmarket. As we enter this exciting phase, we are looking for a visionary marketer to lead our commercial marketing efforts.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy to hit Rightway's ambitious revenue goals. You will develop and lead initiatives to increase awareness of our solutions, engage with our target audience, and drive client acquisition. You will use data to drive insights that will optimize marketing efforts across the acquisition funnel.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role. It’s a great opportunity for a player/coach who is excited to join an organization during a key growth period, further develop our growth marketing function, and make an outsized impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Plan and execute Rightway’s growth marketing strategy, prioritizing impact over action to drive CARR goals while maximizing ROI. You will apply your strategy across different product and buyer segments and throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns that include content, paid media, email, events, direct mail, and sales activations.
  • Supercharge our partner activation channels by building relationships with Tier 1 partners, understanding their objectives, and creating campaigns that convert their book of business.
  • Develop the next phase of Rightway’s paid marketing strategy. Test-and-learn new digital and offline channels to strengthen our impact and inform larger investments as Rightway grows.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation across audience targeting and landing pages to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build and manage the annual growth marketing budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and ensuring ROI on marketing investments. (I.e. Understand when to “do more with less” and when to make strategic investments for scale.)
  • Work with sales leaders on key finalist pitches. Support related finalist deliverables, including presentations at key conferences and events.
  • Use marketing automation and analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize lead generation channels, campaigns, and tactics. Track and report on key metrics, and adapt strategies to meet performance goals and CARR targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role within healthcare.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools, specifically Pardot.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders. (i.e., experience working with the sales team to help achieve commercial goals).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Keen creative vision, with the capability to oversee design projects and campaigns.

SALARY: $150,000-180,000

We’re headquartered in New York City, with a satellite office in Denver. Our clients rely on us to transform the healthcare experience, improve outcomes for their teams, and decrease their healthcare costs.

HOW WE LIVE OUR VALUES TO OUR TEAMMATES:

We’re seeking those with passion for healthcare and relentless devotion to our goal. We need team members that embody our following core values:

1) We are human, first
Our humanity binds us together. We bring the same empathetic approach to every individual we engage with, whether it be our members, our clients, or each other. We are all worthy of respect and understanding and we engage in our interactions with care and intention. We honor our stories. We listen to—and hear—each other, we celebrate our differences and similarities, we are present for each other, and we strive for mutual understanding.

2) We redefine what is possible
We always look beyond the obstacles in front of us to imagine new solutions. We approach our work with inspiration from other industries, other leaders, and other challenges. We use ingenuity and resourcefulness when faced with tough problems.

3) We debate then commit
We believe that a spirit of open discourse is part of a healthy culture. We understand and appreciate different perspectives and we challenge our assumptions. When working toward a decision or a new solution, we actively listen to one another, approach it with a “yes, and” mentality, and assume positive intent. Once a decision is made, we align and champion it as one team.

4) We cultivate grit
Changing healthcare doesn’t happen overnight. We reflect and learn from challenges and approach the future with a determination to strive for better. In the face of daunting situations, we value persistence. We embrace failure as a stepping stone to future success. On this journey, we seek to act with guts, resilience, initiative, and tenacity.

5) We seek to delight
Healthcare is complicated and personal. We work tirelessly to meet the goals of our clients while also delivering the best experience to our members. We recognize that no matter the role or team, we each play a crucial part in our members’ care and take that responsibility seriously. When faced with an obstacle, we are kind, respectful, and solution-oriented in our approach. We hold ourselves accountable to our clients and our members’ success.

Rightway is a healthcare company looking to improve healthcare outcomes for everyone, everywhere. With that in mind, we have to consider what is good for the health of our team, the company, and the communities we operate in. As such, Rightway has determined a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees, in combination with other safety precautions, is the best way forward.
