At Rhoda AI, we’re building the next generation of generalist intelligent robots. We own the full robotics stack from high-performance hardware and robot systems to the infrastructure and state-of-the-art foundation world models that control our robots. Our robots are designed to be generalists capable of operating in complex, real-world environments and handling long-tail edge cases, made possible by our cutting edge research and end-to-end system design. We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality.

What you'll do

Social media

• Run Rhoda's day-to-day presence on X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, including the content calendar, publishing, and community engagement

• Help build Rhoda's audience and a distinctive, consistent voice across the AI, robotics, and technology communities

• Work directly with researchers and engineers to turn research results, robot demos, technical breakthroughs, and company milestones into compelling social content

• Execute social campaigns around research releases, demos, launches, conferences, and major announcements

• Track performance, test new content and formats, and report on what's working so we can sharpen our strategy

• Partner with our external PR agencies to co-write social media copy, especially around announcements, launches, and press coverage

Asset production

• Produce and edit short-form video, graphics, and other multimedia assets for social, web, events, and press

• Capture footage and photos of robots, demos, and behind-the-scenes moments in the lab

• Maintain an organized library of brand assets, footage, and templates so the team can move fast

• Work closely with external creative and graphics agencies, as well as videographers and freelance designers: write briefs, manage timelines and feedback, and see projects through to delivery

• Keep every asset on-brand and technically accurate, working with researchers to check the details

Website and corporate marketing

• Keep the Rhoda website current: update pages, publish research and news posts, and refresh visuals and demo videos

• Support corporate marketing initiatives, including product and research launches, press announcements, events, conferences, and recruiting campaigns

• Help develop and apply Rhoda's brand identity, messaging, and guidelines consistently across every channel

• Create collateral as needed, such as presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and newsletters

• Partner with leadership and the people team on employer branding that helps us attract top talent

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing communications

• A track record of managing and growing social accounts, with clear examples of audience growth, engagement, or reach

• A deep understanding of X and LinkedIn, and strong instincts for what makes content compelling and shareable

• Hands-on skill producing short-form video and graphics, with a portfolio to show for it (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Broad marketing range beyond social, including experience with websites, launches, events, or brand projects

• Excellent writing and editorial judgment, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly without losing the substance

• Experience working with external PR agencies or supporting media relations

• Proactive: you spot interesting stories and opportunities instead of waiting for finished content

• Comfortable working closely with researchers, engineers, executives, and outside partners in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the AI/ML research ecosystem and its online communities

• Experience helping build the social presence of an early-stage company, research organization, or technical founder

• Experience filming in the field or in a lab, including lighting, sound, and capturing hardware in motion

• Motion graphics or 3D/animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Blender)

• Experience managing a website CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Framer) and basic web analytics

• Experience supporting a brand refresh, a product launch, or a large industry event
