About the role

We’ve just rebuilt Replika and we’re going through a renaissance, and our goal is exponential growth.

Growth creative is how we get there — across channels. We need a creative producer who can take a positioning idea on Monday and have it live by the end of the week, wherever it needs to run: paid campaigns on Meta, UGC on TikTok and Instagram, whatever the numbers point to. Written, cast, shot, cut, and shipped. This is the engine that feeds our growth, and you’re the one running it.

You’re not strategizing from a deck. You’re generating concepts, writing the scripts, writing the ad and TikTok copy in English yourself, sourcing and briefing creators, directing the shoots, cutting the paid ads, and reading the numbers to decide what to make next. Four, five, six shoots a week is normal, and so is a steady stream of paid creative iterations. The output is high, the bar is high, and the loop is fast.

Two things sit at the center of the role: paid campaign creative and UGC. On paid, you produce and iterate the ad creative that runs on Meta — the concepts, the hooks, the variants, the cuts that actually move the numbers. On UGC, you own our creator roster: a pool of creators and clippers you feed a steady stream of concepts worth making, and get quality work back from. Both are creative-first — the ideas are the job.

We work directly with product. When a creative idea needs a product hook, we ship the product hook the same day. You’ll be in the room for that, not waiting on it.

One thing we won’t compromise on: your English has to be genuinely excellent, and you have to have really written ad or TikTok copy in English that performed. If that’s you, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turn positioning and creative concepts into growth content across channels — ideate, script, storyboard, shoot, cut, and ship. Some of it’s UGC, some of it’s paid ad creative; the concept comes first, the channel follows.

  • Produce and iterate paid campaign creative for Meta — hooks, angles, variants, and cuts built to move the numbers. You make the ad, watch how it performs, and make the next one sharper. A steady stream of iterations, not a one-off drop.

  • Own and grow the UGC creator roster — recruit, brief, and manage a pool of creators and clippers. Feed them a steady stream of concepts worth making, develop the ideas they run with, and get quality work back without it eating your week.

  • Write the copy yourself — ad copy, hooks, captions, and TikTok-native copy in English that actually converts, not translated, not close enough.

  • Source, brief, and direct creators and actors. You find the right people, write briefs that don’t need rewriting, run the shoot, and get the best work out of them.

  • Own production end-to-end — concept, casting, locations, props, on-set direction, and post. You don’t hand this off, you run it.

  • Scale what works. When a piece lands — UGC or paid — get it everywhere: more variants, more cuts, repurpose across platforms and briefs. Compound the winners, don’t one-and-done them.

  • Build the workflows that let us produce at scale — pipelines, briefs, and processes other people can plug into without the quality dropping.

  • Keep the back-office clean when it lands on you — contracts, usage rights, payments, roster tracking, campaign trafficking. You handle the basics yourself as needed and pull in support when it makes sense. The point is that it stays clean, not that it eats your week.

  • Read the numbers. Watch what’s performing across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social, kill what doesn’t work, and pour more into what does. You use the data to decide what to make next — you don’t need to build the dashboards yourself.

  • Stay on top of trends and competitor creative. You know what’s about to pop before it does, and you turn it into something on-brand fast.

  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and platforms when it makes sense. The creative calls stay with you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuinely excellent English, and real, demonstrable experience writing ad or TikTok copy in English that performed. If your English copy needs rewriting, this isn’t the role.

  • Extensive B2C performance creative experience. You’ve produced both paid social ad creative and UGC at volume for consumer products, and you can point to work that drove real performance, not just views.

  • Strong track record producing ads for Meta and TikTok. You understand what works on each platform and why, down to the format and the hook, and you build creative to move CAC and ROAS.

  • You’re a hands-on producer. You generate the ideas, write the scripts, source the creators and locations, direct the shoots, and cut the ads yourself — concept to delivery, fast and reliable.

  • You’ve owned paid ad creative end to end. Concepted, produced, and iterated static and video ads that ran on Meta — and you can show how the creative moved the numbers, not just that it shipped.

  • You’ve built and run a UGC creator roster. Recruiting, briefing, developing the concepts they make, and keeping the good ones — you know how to get consistent, quality work out of a pool of creators.

  • Comfortable managing external agencies and partners across content and creative without losing control of the output.

  • You’re good with numbers. Channel metrics, creative performance, growth numbers — you read them and use them to decide what to make next. You don’t need someone to pull a dashboard for you, and you don’t need to build one either.

  • You build process. You’ve set up workflows or pipelines that made a team faster or better, not just delivered your own work.

  • Fast and self-directed. You ship, you learn, you ship again. You don’t wait for permission or a committee.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with an AI product, an emotionally engaging consumer app, or anything in the social, communication, or entertainment space.

  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager or paid social buying — enough to partner tightly with whoever’s running the spend and read a campaign yourself.

  • You’ve built or run a UGC creator pool from scratch — recruiting, briefing, managing payments, keeping the good ones.

  • Experience producing content that drove measurable installs or subscriptions for a B2C subscription product.

  • Familiarity with the production back-office — release forms, usage rights, creator contracts, budgets — enough to keep things clean without it slowing you down.

  • Familiarity with attribution beyond coupon codes — pixels, deferred deep linking, MMP setup. Enough to defend a number when it matters.

  • An eye for aesthetics. The work should look good, not just convert.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Flexible job schedule and generous vacation policy.

  • Unlimited access to the latest AI coding assistants.

  • No corporate bs.

  • Direct impact on millions of worldwide users within months.

  • Push the boundaries of applied AI in a consumer setting.

  • Fully remote.
