About the role:

We are looking for a Growth Designer to help us scale our paid user growth and ensure new users are successful on the platform turning their ideas into software, fast. This role will work across the top-of-funnel (replit.com and other marketing channels) and product. We believe growth is important across the entire customer lifecycle and helps customers maximize the value of a product they love.

You will…:

Identify Replit’s Ideal Customer Profile through user research and collaboration with Data, Product, and Research
Develop hypotheses through qualitative research methods: user interviews, building, prototyping, and concept testing
Collaborate with teams across Data, Growth Marketing, and Product to run experiments
Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and sequencing for initiatives you lead
Work with our Product teams to understand what design approaches are succeeding and where the highest-impact points of leverage are to unlock B2B growth for our user base

Required skills and experience:

4+ years of relevant professional experience as a growth designer in SaaS or software authoring tools
A proven track record of driving growth through design initiatives with experience across multiple channels of the customer journey throughout awareness, acquisition, activation, and conversion
Extreme ownership: Replit is a lean company where you won’t find heavy-handed management. You need to be comfortable with setting your own goals and know how to balance velocity and quality
Highly collaborative: you’ll partner closely with team members across the org in product, engineering, and marketing
A deep interest in developer tools and creating software

Bonus Points:

You have experience coding or a desire to learn and tinker (it is critical to understand our customers)

The overall market range of base compensation for roles in this area of Replit is typically $140,000 - $180,000. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience.

This is a hybrid role with an in-office requirement on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
