Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Manager with specialized expertise in go-to-market SaaS products. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of Regie for our clients. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring customers see value quickly when using the Regie platform and are set up for long-term success before being handed off to our CS team.
Responsibilities
- Deployment Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and develop the timeline for implementation.
- Configuration and Customization: Customize Regie features and functionalities to align with organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Training and Onboarding: Provide tailored training sessions and onboarding support to users at all levels, empowering them to leverage Regie effectively for their specific roles and responsibilities.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of of the workflow and data within Regie
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for customers as they go-live, ensuring the broader Regie team is aware of all key decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-8 years) in implementing, configuring, and optimizing GTM SaaS solutions (SEP, SFDC, ERP, or MarTech) within a corporate environment or similar setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in CRM functionalities, including but not limited to Object Management, Permissions, Integrations and common workflow designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Familiarity with the sales cycle, selling and copywriting principles and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships and driving consensus on objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting implementation plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
