The Opportunity:

Build the Community Marketing engine at Reevo! In this role, you’ll drive influencer and advocate programs, sponsorships and online community engagement. You’ll put Reevo in the rooms and conversations that matter: where GTM leaders, founders, and operators are spending time learning, debating, and sharing insights. You’ll work closely with your wonderful colleagues across Marketing, Product, and more to scale Reevo’s point of view into authentic participation, partnerships, and advocacy that drives trust and longer term demand.

Because of the close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this role is required to be in-office (Santa Clara or San Francisco) 5 days a week.

What you’ll own:

You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Reevo’s Community programs.

  • Influencers and advocates: You’ll build a credible, long-term advocate ecosystem that amplifies Reevo through trusted voices including:

    • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and advocates across GTM, sales, marketing, and founder audiences

    • Focus on ongoing relationships and repeat collaboration rather than one-off posts

    • Coordinate content, amplification, and engagement tied to product launches, campaigns, and GTM moments

    • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure advocate activity aligns with brand voice and strategic priorities

  • Sponsorships: You’ll own Reevo’s sponsorship strategy, ensuring every placement is intentional, high-signal, and aligned to where our audience already learns and engages.

    • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities (newsletters, media properties, events, podcasts, and communities)

    • Manage sponsorship execution, timelines, deliverables, and budgets

    • Ensure sponsorships feel additive and credible—not overly branded or sales-driven

    • Track performance and impact to inform future investment and prioritization

  • Online community engagement: You’ll lead Reevo’s presence in online communities by participating authentically and consistently in relevant conversations.

  • Measurement & iteration: You’ll define what success looks like for community at Reevo and continuously refine the approach over time.

  • Deeply interested in B2B SaaS, GTM, and how communities shape perception and buying behavior

  • A builder who has a vision for community and wants to bring it to life

  • A strong communicator who knows how to add value in communities

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple external relationships at once

  • Collaborative and thoughtful, with strong judgment around brand voice and credibility

  • Someone who wants to build something they are really proud of

What you bring:

  • 5+ years building or managing communities, influencer programs, or sponsorships for B2B SaaS companies

  • Strong understanding of communities like Reddit and online community dynamics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to represent a brand authentically in public, third-party spaces

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with sales, marketing, or CRM software is a plus

  • Early-stage startup experience

  • Product evangelism and spokesperson experience
