BUILDER – PRODUCT OPERATIONS
LOCATION: On-site, SF / Santa Clara (minimum of 2 days in Santa Clara until SF office opens in Q3, then may need to travel 1 day per week to Santa Clara or on as needed basis)

Product Savvy: You quickly become an expert across all product modules, deeply understanding their intricacies and interactions.
Customer-Centric: Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences, you ensure rapid onboarding and quick realization of product value.
Operationally Creative: You identify and implement practical operational solutions ("ops hacks") to address immediate product gaps until permanent solutions are delivered.
Voice of the Customer: You adeptly represent customer needs, distilling complex feedback into actionable insights for product development.
Trend-Aware: You maintain a pulse on emerging industry trends in AI, balancing customer requests with strategic market direction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Master the Product: Rapidly acquire comprehensive expertise across all Reevo product modules, becoming the go-to internal expert.
Streamline Onboarding: Design and optimize onboarding processes to significantly reduce customer time-to-value, ensuring seamless adoption and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Identify, create, and manage interim operational solutions for product gaps, maintaining smooth customer operations until product enhancements are available.
Advocate for Customers: Synthesize customer feedback across modules, prioritizing features and improvements clearly and effectively to Engineering and Product teams.
Stay Ahead: Regularly analyze industry trends in AI and revenue tech to strategically guide feature prioritization, ensuring Reevo’s products remain ahead of the curve.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3-7 years in investment banking / consulting, product operations, customer success operations, or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
Proven experience in creating and optimizing operational processes that enhance customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex products and translate deep customer understanding into impactful product enhancements.
Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively represent and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally.
Experience navigating dynamic startup environments, managing multiple priorities, and driving measurable outcomes.
