We’re rapidly scaling AI Agents trusted by humans and integrated into the data environments where they work, and we're looking for an amazing Chief of Staff to join us. Our AI Engine, based on Stanford research, blends traditional engineering and LLMs to run trusted workflows at internet scale. Our customers, from billion-dollar companies to YC startups, rely on our agents daily for high-stakes sales work. This role is ideal for someone with a background in management consulting, ideally around 1-3 years of experience.

We are backed by Khosla Ventures (OpenAI, DoorDash, Affirm, Commonwealth Fusion, read more here and here) and a long list of amazing angels. We're scaling towards seven-figure revenues and are relentlessly working to build the next unicorn company amid this AI Agent revolution. You'll be joining a fast-growing team in San Francisco, the AI Mecca of the world.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future. This is your chance to be part of a rocketship, working directly with seasoned founders, including CJ (BCG, Princeton) and Jeff Chen (third-time founder, with successful exits to Google and Zynga).

What You’ll Do

Drive Strategic Growth: Track industry trends, analyze competitors, surface growth opportunities, and present insights that inform key decisions
Run Core Ops: Own recruiting, HR, legal, logistics, and internal systems
Lead Talent Efforts: Source, engage, and onboard top talent
Build from the Inside Out: Identify gaps, create processes, and be the go-to operator who turns chaos into clarity
Embrace full visibility: Have unfettered access to internal communications, investors, and external liaisons, giving you a comprehensive view of the business landscape

You're Perfect for this Role If You:

Have 1-3 years of experience at one of the Top-3 consulting firms: McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
Demonstrated top 10% performance in your graduating class at a Top-10 university
Want to grow quickly: You aggressively want career growth in the tech ecosystem
Are curious & driven: You ask sharp questions, dig deep for answers, and constantly push to improve how things work
