About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a cornerstone of our growing sales team, driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver value to our customers and position Redcar as the go-to AI-driven sales solution. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth startup and play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy.


You Will

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and articulate Redcar’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales activities and pipeline metrics.
  • Represent Redcar at industry events, networking opportunities, and in customer discussions.


We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, specifically within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customers, with a focus on outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple, compelling way.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with AI or sales automation tools.
  • Experience in selling to sales leaders or decision-makers in tech-driven industries.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques and tools.


Compensation

  • Salary: $90k - $130k base, with OTE of $180k - $250k
  • Equity: 0.1% - 0.3%
