  • End-to-End Automation: From sourcing leads to qualifying them, from outreach to deal closure, we are continuously expanding our platform to cover more of the sales function. This allows sellers to focus on selling and closing deals.
  • Cutting Edge AI Technology: We are not just another ChatGPT wrapper; we develop both the SaaS platform and the AI agent framework in-house, code-named AgentExpress. This vertical integration is crucial for delivering a seamless and effective customer experience.

About the Role

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing Redcar’s revenue strategy. You will drive revenue growth, build scalable sales and marketing systems, and foster alignment across our go-to-market functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a core member of the executive team, shaping the future of Redcar and helping us become the category leader in AI-driven sales automation.
This is your chance to be part of a rocketship poised for multi-billion dollar success, working directly with seasoned founders from Google, Microsoft, BCG, Stanford, and Princeton (including Jeff Chen, who has successfully exited two startups to Google and Zynga).


You Will

  • Develop and execute Redcar’s comprehensive revenue strategy, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams, creating a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Define and implement scalable sales processes and frameworks, optimizing lead generation, deal closure, and account expansion.
  • Foster alignment between product and go-to-market teams to ensure customer feedback drives product innovation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier customers, helping to drive adoption and retention.
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing the revenue engine to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Represent Redcar externally, positioning us as a market leader at industry events and in strategic customer and partner discussions.


We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record as a senior revenue leader (VP Sales, VP Marketing, or CRO) in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, ideally in the AI or sales tech space.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and revenue from early-stage (e.g., pre-seven-figure ARR) to significant growth.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing sales and marketing systems, with hands-on experience in CRM and automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in organizations targeting SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset; you know how to leverage metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Mission-driven mindset; you’re passionate about AI and the future of sales automation.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AI products or a strong understanding of AI technologies.
  • Background in outbound sales strategies, including lead qualification and deal acceleration.
  • Network within the startup ecosystem, particularly in sales tech or AI-driven solutions.


Compensation

  • Salary: $180k - $280k
  • Equity: 1.5% - 2.5%
