About the Role
As the Founding Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings from the ground up. This position is designed for someone who thrives in startup environments, bringing order to chaos, and is deeply passionate about building user-centric products.
You Will:
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and maintain a customer-obsessed approach to product development.
• Conduct competitor research to ensure our products are ahead of the market.
• Create high-quality, succinct product requirement documents (PRDs) that guide the engineering and design teams.
• Use tools like Balsamiq and Figma to wireframe and visualize your innovative ideas.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Document product features and updates for both internal stakeholders and external communications, maintaining clarity and accessibility of information.
We’re Looking For
Must Have
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment, or a top 10% performer in the Google APM program.
• BS in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
• Proven ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing business and technology landscapes.
• Experience in managing SaaS products for at least 1 year, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Exceptional attention to detail, catching nuances that others often miss.
• A strong drive to succeed and a work ethic that aligns with startup demands.
• Demonstrable skills in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or similar.
Good to Have:
• Strong knowledge of computer science systems.
• Training or experience in AI and neural networks.
