Rad AI Impressions is one of the most widely-used generative AI products in radiology, automatically drafting impressions that radiologists review, edit, and finalize. It is used by 30% of radiologists in the US, generates tens of millions of patient reports per year, is deeply embedded in high-volume clinical workflows, and influences care decisions thousands of times per day.
As the Lead Product Manager for Rad AI Impressions, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the next generation of impression automation and agentic AI, including:
Ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency
Personalizing AI output to radiologist reporting style
Streamlining workflows to increase reading efficiency
Supporting seamless integration across reporting and dictation systems
This role sits at the intersection of model performance, workflow design, clinical trust, and scaled enterprise deployment—making it one of the highest-impact product roles in the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the product roadmap for Rad AI Impressions from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
Collaborate with ML research, data science, and engineering teams to convert model improvements into meaningful workflow benefits
Optimize accuracy, stability, and efficiency of AI-generated impressions across subspecialties and modalities
Design human-in-the-loop review workflows that maximize radiologist trust and efficiency
Define and measure success metrics such as time saved per read, accuracy, adoption, radiologist satisfaction, and performance stability
Conduct deep customer and radiologist discovery to understand workflow variation and reporting style needs
Work with implementation and customer success to support successful rollouts and monitor real-world performance
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, clinical safety, and regulatory standards
Who You Are:
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years product management experience, including 3+ years leading AI/ML products in production
Proven experience shipping complex products in enterprise or workflow-heavy environments
Strong understanding of ML evaluation, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
Excellent communicator who can translate high technical complexity into customer-facing value
Highly collaborative across engineering, ML, design, clinical, and go-to-market teams
Deeply motivated by solving real-world clinician workflow and patient care challenges
It’s a Plus If You Have:
Experience in healthcare technology, radiology, medical imaging, or regulated environments
Familiarity with generative AI / LLMs / multimodal modeling
Experience with production ML monitoring, retraining, or ML Ops systems
Prior product ownership of multi-tenant or large enterprise SaaS platforms
