About Rad AI
At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology—saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.
Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others—all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.
Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.
Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.
If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!
Why Join Us:
Rad AI is seeking a strategic, data-driven VP of Revenue Operations to build and scale the systems, processes, and tools that power predictable, high-growth revenue. RevOps sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, embedded in executive planning to drive decisions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will lead forecasting, GTM planning, compensation design, and tech stack optimization, providing clean, actionable insights that shape business outcomes and instill confidence among the board and investors.
The ideal candidate is part operator, part strategist, and part quarterback. You combine extreme attention to detail, analytical rigor, and business acumen with high EQ and a challenger mindset. You thrive on solving complex, cross-functional problems, translating strategy into action, and freeing leadership and GTM teams to focus on growth.
If you’re passionate about building scalable RevOps foundations that drive impact and efficiency, this is your opportunity to shape the future of revenue at a mission-driven, high-growth company.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leader: Be embedded in executive planning, shaping decisions before they are made rather than reacting to them afterward.
Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Partner with Finance to lead bottoms-up and top-down modeling, including quotas, capacity planning, ramp modeling, bookings targets, and GTM design.
Compensation Strategy & Design: Align variable comp plans with desired behaviors to influence retention, motivation, and cost of sale.
Forecast Integrity: Build and maintain forecasting processes that instill confidence with the board and guide hiring, investment, and spending decisions.
Predictive Insights: Go beyond metrics to model “what-if” scenarios across pricing, pipeline, productivity, and headcount planning.
Optimize GTM Technology: Oversee HubSpot, Gong, Clari, and other GTM tools; optimize usage, reduce redundancy, and own the roadmap and adoption strategy.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Provide clean data, shared language, and actionable insights to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, helping the organization make faster, smarter decisions.
Board & Investor-Ready Outputs: Deliver defensible, audit-proof dashboards and forecasts that clearly communicate the business’s performance and drive action.
Force Multiplier: Drive operational excellence to free leadership and GTM teams to focus on growth, reducing manual tracking, ambiguity, and friction.
What You’ll Bring:
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or adjacent fields, with 5+ years leading RevOps at high‑growth B2B SaaS.
Proven success building and scaling RevOps foundations like planning, forecasting, process design, data/BI, and enablement for predictable growth.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics and GTM funnel dynamics across net‑new and expansion.
Advanced analytical rigor, including forecasting, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, conversion optimization, and exec‑level reporting.
Tech stack leadership - CRM governance and data quality (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, data pipelines/warehouse, and BI tooling.
Exceptional cross‑functional leadership and communication to align executive stakeholders and drive clarity in complex, ambiguous environments.
A builder’s mindset with operational depth capable of turning complexity into scalable systems that teams trust and adopt.
Nice to Haves:
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology.
Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
Passion for healthcare and/or mission-driven technology is a strong plus.
