About Rad AI

At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. Founded by a radiologist, our AI-driven solutions are revolutionizing radiology—saving time, reducing burnout, and improving patient care. With one of the largest proprietary radiology report datasets in the world, our AI has helped uncover hundreds of new cancer diagnoses and reduced error rates in tens of millions of radiology reports by nearly 50%.

Rad AI has secured over $140M in funding, including a recently oversubscribed Series C ($68M round) led by Transformation Capital, bringing our valuation to $528M. Our investors include Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, Gradient Ventures, Cone Health Ventures, and others—all backing our mission to empower physicians with cutting-edge AI.

Our latest advancements in generative AI are used by thousands of radiologists daily, supporting more than one-third of radiology groups and healthcare systems and nearly 50% of all medical imaging in the U.S. at partners including Cone Health, Jefferson Einstein Health, Geisinger, Guthrie Healthcare System, and Henry Ford Health.

Recognized as one of the most promising healthcare AI companies by CB Insights and AuntMinnie, and ranked by Deloitte as the 19th fastest-growing company in North America, we are building AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list, highlighting the innovation and momentum behind our mission.

If you’re ready to shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team!

Why This Role Matters:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Rad AI, you’ll lead the definition and execution of our most technically complex initiatives—those that sit at the intersection of AI, healthcare & radiology workflows, and deep system integrations. Your work will directly impact how healthcare organizations adopt and scale our products across RIS, PACS, and EHR platforms.

You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and customers to build deeply integrated, enterprise-grade software that improves radiologist efficiency and diagnostic accuracy. This is a high-ownership role where product strategy meets technical execution, and where domain knowledge in radiology integrations is not just valuable—it’s essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead product strategy and development for critical platform integrations with RIS, PACS, and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Visage, Intelerad).

  • Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into technical product specifications and delivery plans.

  • Drive alignment between cross-functional teams on technical architecture, workflow impact, and customer rollout strategies.

  • Collaborate directly with healthcare IT teams, radiologists, and implementation leads to ensure seamless deployments in complex enterprise environments.

  • Own the success of your product area through rigorous prioritization, clear documentation, and continuous iteration.

  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicators across reliability, performance, and adoption.

  • Contribute to Rad AI’s broader platform strategy, bringing a systems mindset to interoperability, scalability, and clinical usability.

  • Stay current with industry standards (IHE, HL7, FHIR), regulatory considerations (HIPAA, SOC 2), and the evolving radiology vendor ecosystem.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years working on technical or platform-level products in healthcare or enterprise software.

  • Deep experience in healthcare integrations—you’ve worked hands-on with systems like Epic Radiant, PowerScribe, or PACS platforms, and understand the intricacies of real-time clinical workflows.

  • Hands-on mindset—you thrive in the details, whether it's writing technical product specs, mapping out integration flows, or debugging implementation blockers with engineering.

  • Excellent communicator—you can break down complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.

  • Customer-focused—you bring empathy for radiologists and healthcare IT teams, and a strong desire to solve real-world clinical problems.

  • Dynamic—you’re comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift and your ability to deliver results is what sets you apart.

It’s a Plus if You Also Have:

  • Experience building healthcare SaaS products at a growth-stage company.

  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and IHE integration standards.

  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled software or data infrastructure.

  • Product ownership across multi-tenant or enterprise-scale platforms.

Join our world-class team as we build and deploy AI solutions that empower physicians and transform patient care—making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. Driven by our mission, we prioritize transparency, inclusion, and close collaboration, bringing together exceptional people to revolutionize healthcare. If you're passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful healthcare solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
