Job Overview:
As a Solutions Consultant for Harver, you will work in close partnership with our Account Executives, Professional Services and Customer Success Managers to achieve successful presentation of the company’s solutions to the market. This role assesses client/prospect needs and issues, proposes, and designs the solutions/products and provides product(s) related business, technical or operational enablement support worldwide. This is a key cross-functional team member who provides the ‘voice of the customer’ to internal teams.
In this role you get to:
- Present the value of our products to a variety of audiences from C-level to end-users and all levels in between
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Help Account Executives answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional manner
- Provide Human Resource HR practitioner, recruiter or hiring manager perspective and product expertise in all interactions, both internal and external
- Understand our prospect/client’s business and operational goals and recommend a solution that meets their requirements. Goals will be uncovered via initial discovery, and full pre-sales lifecycle activities
- Able to display critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Display a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the Harver product range
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure all materials such as presentations and demonstrations are maintained up to date

We’re looking for people who have:
- Strong business acumen to drive understanding of our customers’ business needs and challenges
- A commitment to continuously maintaining and building expert level knowledge of Harver and industry solutions, trends, market demands and innovation trends
- Strong interpersonal skills - including the ability to present well-executed systems presentations showing our product value to an audience of C-Level to End User
- Ability to work remotely as part of a strong core team as well as on own demonstrating quality initiative and ownership
- An open, flexible, and creative approach regarding time management and scheduling
- Functional Human Resources, sales, recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred
- Multi-language is a bonus
