Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilizing HubSpot to optimize marketing automation processes, streamline marketing campaigns, and improve lead generation efforts. The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Customer Marketing, and Rev Ops to execute on marketing campaigns, proactively improve processes and reduce errors, and support reporting and analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

In this role you get to:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness and support other tools in the marketing tech stack (CMP, intent tools, etc.).
  • Develop and implement automated workflows, manual and API-driven import processes, lead nurturing programs, and scoring models to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Build reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and marketing automation tools to provide visibility into the effectiveness of campaigns and attribution.
  • Support analysis of marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and Sales database to ensure accurate reporting and reliable performance metrics.
  • Implement QA processes to ensure smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and data collection.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhancements needed to support marketing goals.
  • Train and support marketing team members on best practices for using marketing automation tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing automation.
  • Stay up to date on global marketing regulations and maintain system governance for compliance.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on managing and using marketing automation platforms. HubSpot experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience using a marketing automation platform integrated with Salesforce
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience with executing demand generation programs and best practices.
  • SaaS company experience a plus
  • HubSpot certification is a plus.
