In this role you’ll get to:

Identify new opportunities or product challenges that are in line with the long-term vision of Harver, by;

Analysing the market and stay informed on the competition and technological trends;

Gathering and process feedback from important internal stakeholders;

Using product analytics to get insights into adoption rates and how end-users are using the platform;

Performing qualitative interviews with (potential) customers about their challenges and jobs to be done

Do extensive research and transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives

Ideate on multiple solutions and validate your concepts and assumptions with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the solution is feasible, viable, and desirable.

Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories and create a release planning with clear milestones that will result in continuous delivery of valuable software to the end-users.

Continuously inform and manage internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress.

Create a go-to-market strategy and create and maintain all documentation needed for selling and using the product functionalities.

Monitor and improve delivered software to steer towards business objectives.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks & participating in professional societies.

We are looking for people who have:

At least 5 years of experience with Product development in an agile SaaS environment;
Proven experience in Product Management methodologies
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Creative mindset and desire to create innovative and successful products;
Flexibility and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment
