This is a remote US position.

Job Overview:

As a People Science Consultant, you will play a critical role influencing the client’s talent management initiatives and designing assessment solutions that will have a direct impact on the client’s success.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Work with our largest, global enterprise-level clients

  • Support the implementation of our (pre)selection platform from a people science perspective

  • Design assessment solutions for our clients

  • Conduct culture workshops & job analyses

  • Develop Situational Judgement Tests (SJT)

  • Define customer specific benchmarks including competency-mapping

  • Define video-based candidate experiences that will be used to provide candidates a realistic preview of the client's organization and job opportunity

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to client stakeholders linking assessment data to business outcomes

  • Provide training in the interpretation of our assessment results

  • Partner closely with internal teams, including Client Success, Talent Analytics, Technology, Sales, and End User Support to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients

  • Assist the Sales and Client Success teams in identifying and converting new sales opportunities by understanding and defining client requirements, anticipating client needs and assisting in scoping and developing optimal solutions for clients

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, research and competitors

  • Work in a dynamic fast-paced work environment with positive and mission-driven energy of the Harver Culture!

  • Gain international business experience with colleagues and clients

We’re looking for people who have:

  • A Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior/Development

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant, applied work experience within business/ industry

  • An understanding of selection design, assessment validation, and the use of assessments for selection and development purposes

  • Experience working with Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management teams

  • Familiarity with Talent/HR Management systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Working knowledge of data analytics, R, and/or Python output (or equivalent statistical software)

  • The commitment to self-motivate, and who performs well in a collaborative team environment, learns quickly, has an analytical mindset

  • A desire to continuously develop their skills

  • A customer-centric approach to work

  • An ability to get stuff done! People who are comfortable with ambiguity and ability to easily adapt to shifting client and business demands

  • Experience communicating effectively and leading compelling presentations to customers
